Welcome To GlobeRDP Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply to customers using GlobeRDP cloud-based virtual desktop services. All services must be used only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business or professional activities.
Permitted Use:
Customers may use our services for lawful activities such as:
- Remote office access and work-from-anywhere use cases.
- Business applications, internal tools, and operations.
- Software development, testing, and administrative workflows.
- Professional access to files, systems, and approved business resources.
Prohibited Activities:
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all GlobeRDP services:
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution, botnets, or abusive automation.
- Hacking, cracking, credential abuse, brute force attacks, scanning, or unauthorized network access.
- Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network flooding, or resource abuse targeting any third party.
- Distribution of copyrighted material without authorization, including unlicensed media via torrents or peer-to-peer protocols.
- Adult content, gambling services, or any content prohibited under applicable Indian law or payment gateway rules.
- Hosting, storing, or distributing illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Use of the service for fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or misleading activity.
- Any activity that violates applicable law, payment gateway rules, or hosting compliance requirements.
Security and Account Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, installed applications, uploaded data, and any activity performed through their assigned environment.
Customers must not attempt to interfere with the stability, performance, or security of our infrastructure or the systems of any third party.
Enforcement:
GlobeRDP may review, suspend, restrict, or terminate services if we reasonably believe that a customer has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or payment gateway compliance requirements.
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice where necessary to protect our systems, customers, payment partners, or legal obligations.
